David Saltzman serves as a Senior Managing Director for Elk Rock Capital where he provides loan sale advisory services primarily in the Western States for his Banking, Life Companies and Hedge Fund Clients. Prior to Elk Rock, David had been a Vice President and a Commercial Lender with over 17 years of experience at regional banks as well as national banks including Bank of the West and U.S. Bank.
